Liner system with staggered V-locks fastens sheets securely on the concrete product surface.

This makes it possible to provide rigidity of the structure towards internal and external tearing and breaking loads.

Locks are shaped during sheet extrusion process with unique vacuum shaft which provides integrity of each individual component with and surface.

Number, arrangement and density of locks are calculated to reach optimum rigidity and reliability of the final structure.

Density – 420 locks per meter – guarantees uniform distribution of inner strain, provides reliability of materials adhesion and preserve surface of the concrete structure even within harsh environment conditions.
